Amanda Galindo serves as Executive Director of the Coachella Valley Rescue Mission (CVRM), leading efforts to provide shelter, housing, outreach, recovery programs, and supportive services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. 

With more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health, mental health, outreach, and human services, Amanda recognizes the strong connection between housing stability and overall health. Her work focuses on addressing the whole person while strengthening partnerships across healthcare, government, housing, and community organizations. 

Amanda holds a Master’s degree and is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist.  She is committed to advancing collaborative solutions that move beyond crisis response and create sustainable pathways to health, housing, and long-term stability.
