Arlene Farol Saria is a Public Affairs Manager in the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion with Community Air Programs division at the South Coast Air Quality Management District (South Coast AQMD). With a diverse background in public affairs, community engagement, and environmental advocacy, Arlene has dedicated her career to improving the quality of life for underserved communities by implementing outreach and engagement strategies for innovative environmental justice programs and initiatives. Arlene has spearheaded projects aimed at education, trust-building, and elevating community voices. Arlene has a B.A. in Mass Communications and public Relations and has worked at South Coast AQMD since 2003.
