Catherine Ferguson is a nonprofit executive and community development leader with more than 25 years of experience in strategic planning, grant development, donor relations, business development, and community engagement. She has secured more than $25 million in grant and philanthropic funding while helping nonprofit organizations strengthen operations, expand programs, and increase community impact.

As Director of Engagement & Community Development for the Independent Living Partnership (ILP) in Riverside County, Catherine leads initiatives that improve transportation access for seniors and non-driving residents by building partnerships among community organizations, healthcare providers, and local leaders.

Throughout her career, Catherine has held executive leadership roles with organizations including SoCal Resources, Feeding America, Animal Friends of the Valleys, and the Independent Living Partnership. She has served as an Interim Executive Director and CFO, led organizational restructuring, developed sustainable funding strategies, and implemented operational systems that support long-term growth.

Recognized for her collaborative leadership and results-driven approach, Catherine is dedicated to building strong partnerships that improve the quality of life for communities throughout California.
