With over 25 years of experience in higher education and the nonprofit sector, Cristina Gregorio is committed to advancing academic success, increasing college access and completion, and guiding students in their transition to the workforce. She specializes in designing and delivering growth-focused holistic support services that foster curiosity, self-driven learning, and intellectual fulfillment.

As the Associate Vice President of College and Career Success for OneFuture Coachella Valley, Cristina leads a team dedicated to supporting students on their educational journey by providing academic support, financial literacy, emotional wellness resources, and leadership development opportunities.

Her extensive experience spans both private and public institutions, where she has worked to empower first-generation students in reaching their college and career potential.

A proud first-generation college graduate, Cristina earned dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Spanish and Communication Studies from the University of San Diego, a Master’s Degree in English from National University, and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from UC Riverside Extension.

Beyond her professional work, Cristina is a lifelong learner who enjoys traveling with her family and actively contributing to community organizations that drive positive change.
