Jaime Arroyo is the Grants Manager for the City of Coachella. He has over 15 years of grants management experience. Throughout his career, he has successfully secured a combined $60 million through state and federal grant funding for programs related to early childhood education, workforce development, and transportation. As a new addition to the City of Coachella team, Jaime is looking forward to securing additional funding and overseeing the implementation of the Transformative Climate Communities and Community Resilience Centers grant programs.
