I am a Lieutenant with the Palm Springs Police Department and have proudly served in law enforcement for the past 19 years. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with several respected agencies, including the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and the Carlsbad Police Department, before joining the Palm Springs Police Department. 

Currently, I serve in both the Administration and Patrol Divisions, where I focus on leadership, operational oversight, and supporting the department’s mission of providing professional and community-focused policing services. My experience across multiple agencies has allowed me to develop a strong background in patrol operations, team leadership, strategic planning, and community engagement. As part of my duties, I supervise the CBAT Team, which primarily deals with individuals in mental heath crisis. 

I earned my bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach, which has helped shape my leadership approach and commitment to continuous professional development. I remain dedicated to public service, building trust within the community, and mentoring the next generation of law enforcement professionals.
