Lilianna Davalos is a bilingual Business Counselor with the Coachella Valley Women’s Business Center (CVWBC) at the Palm Desert Entrepreneurial Resource Center which is a Program of the Randall W. Lewis Center for Entrepreneurship, Jack H. Brown College of Business & Public Administration, California State University, San Bernardino. 

She helps entrepreneurs and small business owners build sustainable businesses through strategic guidance in marketing, branding, business planning, operations, and digital tools. She is passionate about helping business owners turn ideas into actionable strategies that foster long-term growth and resilience. 

With a background in marketing, community engagement, and nonprofit leadership, Lilianna is committed to expanding access to entrepreneurial resources and creating opportunities that strengthen local businesses and the communities they serve. A proud Coachella Valley native, she believes that supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses is a powerful way to promote economic mobility, community connection, and healthier, more resilient communities.
