Sarah Fry, Acting Dean of Mathematics and Sciences, College of the Desert. This role encompasses oversight of programs in mathematics, sciences, nursing, and allied health.
A tenured faculty member since 2012, Fry brings extensive leadership experience to the position. She has previously served as Director of Nursing and Allied Health and Assistant Director of the Registered Nursing Program, roles in which she provided both instructional and administrative guidance.
Fry’s priorities include maintaining high instructional quality, supporting student success, and aligning academic programs with the growing workforce demands in healthcare and STEM fields emphasizing the importance of preparing students for careers in areas where skilled professionals are in high demand.
